Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT support professional to coordinate and deliver on-site/on-call desktop support across the organization. You will handle Level 2/3 troubleshooting, focusing on Windows 10/11, Intune, cloud services, and app support.

The role requires 5+ years in desktop support, strong client communication, and the ability to work with multiple technical groups to resolve issues quickly. Must be adept at remote fixes and documentation.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with Windows 10/11 admin troubleshooting, Intune, cloud, and thick-build machines.
Troubleshoot Office licensing and application issues; provide Web and cloud app support.

Responsibilities

Coordinate on-site and on-call end-user support in a desktop environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows, Office apps, and related software.
Liaise with vendors and app owners to fix complex problems and document root causes.
Record all work in the ticketing system with detailed notes and timelines.
