Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable IT support professional to coordinate activities ranging from simple to complex desktop support plans.

You will provide on-site/on-call assistance to end users within the organization’s desktop computing environment to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The role requires 2+ years in Level 1/2 desktop support, Windows 10/11 admin troubleshooting, Intune, AD/GP knowledge, and PowerShell scripting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Level 1/2 desktop support.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 admin troubleshooting, Intune, cloud and thick-build machines.
• Familiar with AppV apps, MS Store Apps and packaged applications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies; PowerShell scripting is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities from simple to complex IT support plans.
• Provide on-site/on-call assistance to end users to ensure timely service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Office, Outlook and cloud/app issues in collaboration with vendors when needed.
• Document work performed in the ticketing system with clear details.
