Qualifications

2+ years of Experience in Level 2/3 desktop support.

Familiar with AppV and MS Store Apps and packaged applications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities ranging from simple to complex plans for IT desktop support.
Provide onsite/on-call assistance to end users to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Troubleshoot and fix end-user issues, including Office, Outlook, and general performance problems.
