Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more of the listed IT certifications are required.
• Experience with SCCM deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site/on-call end-user support in the organization's desktop computing environment.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and printer-related issues; repair and maintain hardware/software.
