Spotlight is seeking a Store Manager in Melbourne to lead daily operations and drive sales growth within a high-volume retail environment. You will manage stock, mentor a team, and uphold visual merchandising standards across the department.

The role emphasizes ownership mindset, strong communication, and capable problem-solving to meet KPI targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
