Spotlight’s stores across Australasia offer a broad range of craft, fabric and home interior products. We are seeking a store leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidate has strong retail leadership, visual merchandising experience, and the energy to lead a high-volume stock department. IT savvy, great communicator, and prepared for a hands-on, owner’s mindset role.

Qualifications

• Physically capable to work large stock volumes.

• IT competency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department.
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example in all areas.
• High volume stock management.
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards.
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns.
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
