Job summary

Spotlight Ltd in Warragul, Victoria, is seeking an inspirational Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in our craft, fabric and home interior stores. You will drive sales, champion visual merchandising standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

You bring strong retail leadership, hands-on stock management, and a mindset to own your department. IT literacy and First Aid certification are valued, with training fully funded by Spotlight.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to handle large stock volumes.
• Owner's mindset for your department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• IT literacy and quick learner.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations.
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department.
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example in all areas.
• High volume stock management.
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards.
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns.
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
