Spotlight, Australia’s leading craft, fabric and home interior retailer, is seeking a store leadership professional in Sydney to drive daily operations, sales growth and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong retail leadership, visual merchandising experience, and the ability to manage high stock volumes, monitor KPI targets and lead a team with an owner’s mindset. Join a values-based team with opportunities across Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience required.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock.

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations.

• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example in all areas.
• High volume stock management.
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards.
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns.
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
