Spotlight Ltd is seeking a capable Retail Leader in Ipswich to support daily operations and drive department performance. The role emphasizes stock management, visual merchandising, and staff development within Australasia's largest craft, fabric and home interior stores group.

You will lead by example, manage high stock volumes, and plan campaigns while delivering exceptional customer service. The role suits someone with ownership mindset and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department.
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example in all areas.
• High volume stock management.
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards.
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns.
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
