Job summary

Spotlight is seeking a store leader in Warragul, VIC to support the Store Manager with daily operations and to drive sales growth.

You will monitor stock, build a high-performing team, and lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Owner's mindset for your department.
• Passionate attitude that inspires your team.
• Resilient and innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• It competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
