Formación

• Supervise and coach store customer service teams.
• Assist with day-to-day operation of the stores customer service department.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to roster staff efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain health and safety standards on site.

• Support coaching and development of team members, including rostering and stocktakes.
• Liaise with management and team to ensure service excellence.
• Provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
