Qualifications

• POS knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to supervise a team.
• Accurate team member rostering.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the store's customer service department to ensure smooth operation and exceptional service.
• Help manage and coach the customer service team.
• Conduct stocktakes and manage inventory accuracy.
• Generate rostering information and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Support store operations in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
