Job summary

Drakes Supermarkets in Biloela, Central Queensland, is seeking a motivated leader to join our Customer Service team and help drive exceptional in-store service. This permanent role is based at our Biloela store and comes with full on-the-job training and support.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will manage a small team, create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes and contribute to merchandising and health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Ability to supervise team members and lead by example.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small Customer Service team and oversee daily operations.
• Create rosters, generate orders and monitor stock takes.
• Contribute to merchandising, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.

About This Opportunity

Our Biloela store in Central Queensland is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store\'s Customer Service department.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
