Job summary

Drakes Rochedale is seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor to support day-to-day store operations and lead a diverse team. You will rost er staff, oversee stocktakes, and ensure exceptional customer service in a busy supermarket environment.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the stores customer service department, to ensure both the smooth operation of the department, as well as provide Drakes promise of exceptional customer service.

If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing stocktakes, generating rosters + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• POS knowledge is preferred, but not essential
