V&C Foods in South Nowra is seeking a capable Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our busy day-time office team. This role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, processing orders accurately and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the main contact for customers, working with sales, purchasing, warehouse and accounts teams to enter orders, manage accounts, process payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly by phone and email.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organisation.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Resolve delivery, product, pricing and account enquiries.
• Maintain customer accounts, records and pricing information.
• Process payments and assist with account reconciliations.
• Follow up overdue accounts in a professional manner.
• Support invoice processing, credits and stock adjustments.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform general administration, data entry and record-keeping duties.
• Provide broader support to the office team as required.
