Job summary

The Personnel Connection is seeking an Administration & Customer Service Officer in Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW. This varied role supports customers, sales and logistics, handling orders, enquiries and product information with close teamwork.

You should have customer service or sales administration experience, strong communication, and solid organisation. On-site parking and a bus service from Berowra Station are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales administration experience
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to manage several priorities at once
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Provide customers with product and order information
• Identify suitable products for customer requirements
• Liaise with sales and logistics to keep deliveries on schedule
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team
• Assist with general office administration as required
