Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group in Sydney is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to support a food distribution client in Chullora on a 3-month temporary basis, handling orders and enquiries in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer experience. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities include handling inbound enquiries, processing orders, maintaining records, liaising with internal teams, and providing general office support.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administration experience.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Intermediate computer skills.
