Job summary

KONE Doors Business is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our Mascot, Sydney team. You will support the sales team and supervisors with administrative tasks, enabling timely, accurate service delivery to customers.

In this role you will liaise between the offshore team and customers, manage customer data, process requests, and assist with contract administration and purchase orders while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the offshore team and customers, ensuring clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
• Process customer requests promptly and coordinate with the billing team for invoice cancellations and credit note creation when required.
• Provide support with contract administration and purchase order management.
• Take full ownership of customer queries, ensuring timely follow-up and successful resolution.
• Maintain and update customer data, ensuring accuracy through changes and corrections.
• Manage safety compliance and site access documentation for personnel, ensuring all requirements are up to date.
