Job summary

KONE seeks a highly organized Service Operations Administrator in Sydney to join the Service team and support the rollout of a new service system, centralising key administrative processes and boosting efficiency across the business.

You will coordinate maintenance plans, manage work orders, and act as a junction between Customer Service, Field Teams and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate records and timely responses.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration or operations support experience.
  • Experience in service/maintenance business preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfort working with multiple systems and databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with inspection administration, including processing reports, coordinating follow-up actions, and tracking outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer and service information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives associated with new systems and ways of working.

We're looking for a highly organised Service Operations Administrator to join our Service team and play a pivotal role in this journey.

As KONE continues to evolve its service delivery model, we're implementing, a new system and way of working that will streamline how service operations are planned, coordinated, and delivered.

This role will be instrumental in supporting that transformation by centralising key administrative processes and helping ensure operational efficiency across the business.

What you will be doing
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Service Managers and Supervisors.

  • Coordinate updates and changes to maintenance plans and service schedules within the new system.

  • Act as a key coordination point between Customer Service, Field Teams, and other internal stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
  • Previous administration, operations support, customer service, or service coordination experience.

  • Experience working in a service/ maintenance business preferred

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Confidence working across multiple systems and databases.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Field Service Management systems, or similar platforms will be highly regarded.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
