Drive Group Australia is seeking a Full-time Customer Experience Officer based in Melville/Perth to support front-of-house administration and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, coordinate updates, handle inquiries, and work closely with production, parts and estimating teams to minimise delays.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner in person and over the phone.
• Provide clear and timely updates throughout the repair journey via phone, SMS or email.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback with empathy and efficiently.
• Book and confirm vehicle drop off and pick up times and assessments.
• Collaborate with production, parts and estimating teams to minimise delays.
• Support the site team with ad hoc admin duties, ordering kitchen supplies etc.
