Job summary

Vicinity Centres is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service at one of Australia's landmark outlet destinations. You will be the first point of contact for customers, provide information, resolve issues and support retailers and centre teams.

Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving are essential as you help create a welcoming, safe, and vibrant environment. You will liaise with management, operations and retailers to ensure high standards of service

Qualifications

• Experience delivering elevated customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in Office tools and technology used for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an open and inviting customer service desk.
• Deliver excellent experiences to customers, retailers, contractors and colleagues.
• Communicate across in-person, phone and email channels while upholding service standards.
• Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues to appropriate teams as required.
• Support centre operations and coordination with asset/centre teams.
