Job summary

Aptella Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Bundoora, VIC to join the Service Centre team. This varied front-counter role supports the showroom and branch with bookings, quotations and general enquiries to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will work with Service, Sales, Finance, Rental and Field Service teams to keep customers informed and deliver a high standard of service while learning the company’s technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone.
• Good computer skills and confidence learning business systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a high level of service at the front counter.
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right team.
• Process service bookings and showroom sales.
• Prepare service and sales quotations.
• Keep customers updated on service status and repair progress.
• Assist with repair collections, service invoicing and stock requests.
• Support rental and technical support enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and job information.
• Work closely with Service, Sales, Finance, Rental and Field Service teams.
