Job summary

Aligned Leisure is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Officer in Australia. You will drive service quality at the front desk, match programs to customer needs, and support member retention through proactive outreach and relationship building.

You will work under the Customer & Commercial leadership to deliver memorable experiences and uphold the company charter and service promise across all centres.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in sales (preferred).
• Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain members and students; undertake outbound telemarketing to prospects.
• Capture data from enquiries and identify at risk members and students.
• Follow up on non-renewals and member questions or complaints.
• Provide frontline service at the desk for all programs and services.
• Look for upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on individual needs.
• Complete administrative duties and provide education to centre users.
