Job summary

First Contact Pty Ltd in Perth CBD is seeking casual Support Team Members with a customer-focused approach to deliver front-of-house experiences in premium commercial properties. You will assist with reception, concierge duties and daily operations across multiple sites in the Perth CBD.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, reliable attitude to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, customer service or workplace environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presentation and a positive, approachable manner.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Reliability, flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming tenants, visitors and contractors
• Managing reception, concierge and customer service enquiries
• Handling meeting room bookings, service requests and administrative support
• Assisting with building operations and tenant engagement initiatives
• Providing information regarding building amenities, transport and local services
• Maintaining presentation standards across lobby and communal areas
• Supporting multiple sites and teams where required
• Building strong professional relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
