Job summary

MEGT Ltd. Footscray-based Customer Service Officer role supporting the Workforce Australia contract. You will be the first point of contact on site, handling face-to-face, phone, email and online enquiries while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with the Site Lead and team.

A strong emphasis on customer service excellence and stakeholder relations underpins this max-term position. We value diversity and provide supportive benefits, including parental leave, study support and salary packaging

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and administration.
Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Confidence handling enquiries face to face and managing competing priorities.
High computer literacy and efficient autonomous work.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for the site (face-to-face, phone, email, online enquiries).
Support day-to-day site operations with the Site Lead and team.
Deliver a high-quality customer service experience to job seekers and support Workforce Australia delivery.
