• Build strong product knowledge across the full range of tech solutions and explain them in a friendly, simple way.
• Understand customer needs with listening, empathy and service‑centric approach and deliver personalised solutions.
• Support customers through enquiries, using calm de‑escalation and clear communication.
• Contribute to a welcoming, customer-first environment by collaborating with your team.
• Stay adaptable during peak times and help keep the store running smoothly.
