Corrective Services NSW is seeking a dedicated Correctional Education Officer to deliver Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND) across NSW correctional centres. You will plan, develop, deliver and evaluate courses aligned with accredited packages to support reduced re-offending and enhanced community safety.

Responsibilities include building LLND classes, enrolling learners, and maintaining records within the AEVTI framework.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Graduate Diploma in Education with relevant teaching qualification.
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110/TAE40116/TAE40122 or successor).
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel to centres within the preferred region.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, deliver and evaluate LLND courses.
• Build and maintain LLND classes and manage learners in OIMS.
• Enrol and assess learners in education programs.
• Coordinate LLND education programs and services for inmates access to facilities.
• Maintain learner records and progress in systems and processes.
