Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service support; experience in scientific or technical environments is an advantage but not essential.
• SAP experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Basic familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and share updates with the team as needed.
• Assist in implementing new procedures under guidance to improve efficiency.
• Support basic use of SAP and Salesforce for order processing and data entry.
• Help coordinate complaint documentation with Regulatory Affairs for compliance.
• Provide administrative support to Product Management and Finance teams for pricing updates and accuracy.
• Enter orders and invoices accurately to support revenue and margin goals.
• Flag any issues or opportunities for improving service processes to the team.
• Assist in coordinating customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Support alignment of procurement platforms with internal systems by addressing basic discrepancies.
