Job summary

CSR Limited in Sydney's inbound region is seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer to act as the central link between customers, sales teams and operations, ensuring orders are delivered smoothly and customers receive an exceptional experience.

You'll support end-to-end order, credit and return processes, manage pricing integrity, and generate reports to drive sales decisions. The role requires 3+ years in customer service and experience with SAP/CRM; Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer service and sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Experience with Power BI for data management and reporting is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365).
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, responding to enquiries via phone and email and providing accurate, timely, and professional support.
• Provide end-to-end support for order, credit, and return processes, ensuring accurate transaction management and timely resolution of customer issues
• Manage customer claims, rebates, and credit requests, coordinating resolutions with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Create purchase orders, reconcile vendor invoices and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate sales reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support business decision-making and sales performance tracking.
• Maintain pricing integrity by uploading, updating, and validating pricing information ensuring compliance with approved pricing structures.
• Support the implementation of price changes ensuring accurate system updates and effective communication to internal stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and operational support duties.
