You will manage orders, respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate customer information, ensuring a seamless experience for domestic and international customers.

The role requires experience in customer service or order management, familiarity with SAP, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, or customer-facing administrative roles.
• Experience processing customer orders within an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP for domestic and international customers.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction data.
• Provide proactive communication regarding order status, stock, backorders, delays and product issues.
• Respond to customer enquiries, quotations, returns, complaints, and other service requests.
• Handle inbound calls via the Five9 phone system.
• Escalate complex issues and monitor progress to resolution.
• Process customer credits and debits.
• Liaise with logistics providers to support order fulfilment.
• Manage customer EDI portals and standing orders.
• Support Commercial and Supply Chain with information on orders, inventory, and delivery timelines.
• Assist with inventory control and planning as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
