Sharp and Carter, Bayswater, is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator for a contract opportunity. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate orders and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to meet customer expectations across Australia and New Zealand.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, strong order processing skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal teams. Immediate start available in Bayswater with parking.

Competenze

• B2B customer service or order management experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience is required.
• Strong order processing and customer coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.

We are partnering with a leading global organisation in Bayswater to recruit an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator for a contract opportunity.

Joining a supportive team, you'll manage customer enquiries, coordinate orders and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service across Australia and New Zealand.

The Role

This is a varied and hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys building customer relationships, managing multiple priorities and working closely with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes. As a key point of contact for customers, you will take ownership of enquiries, coordinate orders and work collaboratively with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming customer enquiries and requests across phone and email.
• Processing and coordinating customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Managing customer cases and maintaining accurate records within Salesforce.
• Providing customers with updates on stock availability, order progress and delivery timelines.

About You

• Previous experience in B2B Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or a similar position.
• Hands‑on Salesforce experience is essential.
• Strong order processing and customer coordination experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, healthcare or another product-based environment would be advantageous.
• A positive, adaptable and team‑oriented approach.
