Job summary

ifindtalent is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Officer to join a driven team managing client enquiries on a national basis from Sydney. You will collaborate with executive management and other teams to support clients and ensure service excellence.

The role offers flexible work arrangements (2 days from home, 3 in office) and a supportive training environment designed to develop long-term careers within a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, phone-based customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, structured notes.
• Professional, empathetic phone demeanour.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Experience in Salesforce (Desirable).
• Background in legal or insurance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to engaged existing clients.
• Identify and process new enquiries from a database.
• Assess clients' situations and future needs.
• Determine eligibility based on criteria.
• Progress qualified enquiries for further assessment.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Address issues impacting customer experience.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Support team efficiency and collaboration.
