Job summary

Findex is hiring a Senior Client Services Officer in Sydney. You will onboard new client accounts, prepare and implement advice documents, and ensure client information is accurate and up to date. You’ll handle investment activity and liaise with financial institutions, working closely with Advisers and the wider teams.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office), training, and career growth support, with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services within financial planning.
• Confidence working with investment platforms and implementing client advice.
• A genuine passion for delivering great client and stakeholder experiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new client accounts and prepare/adopt advice documents.
• Manage the practical side of investments, including transfers, buys/sells, withdrawals, and contributions.
• Collaborate with Advisers, Partners, and the Client Services and Corporate teams to ensure quality outcomes.
