Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service (contact centre, online support or retail).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; Zendesk experience is a plus.

• Respond to customer enquiries through Zendesk (email and online tickets).
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff where required.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
