Findex is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer in Melbourne to join our client services support team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid work (three days in the office) and the chance to support advisers and clients through onboarding, advice documentation, and investment platform activity.

You’ll collaborate with the wider Client Services and Corporate teams, ensure accuracy, and help deliver timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services within financial planning.
• Confidence working with investment platforms and implementing client advice.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new client accounts and prepare advice documents.
• Process asset transfers, buys, sells, withdrawals and contributions.
• Liaise with advisers, partners and client services teams to ensure timely deliverables.
