Job summary

Prvidr is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a permanent full-time role based in Sydney. The position carries a 38-hour week with a rotating Mon–Fri 6am–8pm schedule and Sat–Sun plus holidays.

After 4 weeks of in-office training at Pitt Street, Sydney CBD, you will work three days on-site and the remaining shifts from home. We welcome applicants with all levels of experience who share our values and are passionate about helping customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience across calls, chats, and emails.
• Resolve queries and issues to achieve first-contact resolution where possible.
