Job summary

Attune Hearing is Australia’s largest private provider of Government funded hearing services, delivering patient-centered care. The Client Advisor role is the primary contact at our clinic, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for every patient from arrival to follow-up.

You will support audiologists with administration, schedule appointments, handle customer service, manage stock, and liaise with clients and healthcare professionals. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in or exposure to allied health or high-volume customer service.
• Computer literacy with high attention to detail and data entry.
• Ability or willingness to assist patients with hearing devices (training provided).
• Exposure to Medicare/Private Health claims is advantageous; training available.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to busy clinic Audiologists (phones, appointments, customer service).
• Organize patient flow to drive best outcomes for care delivery.
• Stock management and liaison with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Data entry with attention to detail to ensure smooth outcomes.
