Job summary

Amplifon Australia is seeking a Client Advisor to join our local retail stores. You will be the friendly first point of contact for customers, greet visitors, handle front desk duties, and coordinate with audiologists to ensure a smooth patient journey.

This multi-site role requires 3 days at the Cleveland clinic and 2 days at the Logan clinic. You will support sales inquiries, contribute to store success, and participate in outreach and promotional activities while upholding Amplifon values.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to greet and assist customers.
• Experience with front-desk operations and phone calls.
• Able to support sales targets and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers at the front desk and assist as needed.
• Handle sales inquiries and contribute to store success.
• Be the first point of contact for the store and greet customers.
• Coordinate with audiologists and sales team for seamless service.
• Canvass for business opportunities and participate in promotions.
