Job summary

Attune Hearing, Australia's largest private provider of government funded hearing services, seeks a Client Advisor to be the primary contact for customers and ensure a best-in-class experience at the clinic. You will support clinic Audiologists with administration, appointment bookings, and customer service.

You will organise patient flow, manage stock, and liaise with clients and medical professionals. A keen eye for detail and experience in customer service or allied health will help you excel

Qualifications

• Proven experience in or exposure to allied health OR high volume customer service or sales is required.
• Computer literacy with high levels of attention to detail and/or data entry.
• Willingness to perform basic patient assistance with hearing devices and Medicare/Private Health claims experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to clinic Audiologists and handle administration (phones, appointments, customer service).
• Coordinate patient scheduling and client flow to ensure a positive clinic experience.
• Manage stock and liaise with internal and external stakeholders with empathy and high service levels.
• Enter data accurately to ensure smooth outcomes.

About the Role:

As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish.

What you will do

• Operational Support to clinic Audiologists; including administration (answering phones, booking appointments, providing customer service)
• Who we see and when we see them is critical to drive the best outcomes. You are key in organising this success.
• Stock Management
• Liaise with internal (Audiologists) and external (clients, medical professionals) stakeholders whilst providing empathy and high levels of customer service.
• Data Entry. Attention to detail is key to ensuring smooth outcomes.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in or exposure to allied health OR high volume customer service or sales. Our clinics are busy!
• Computer literacy with high levels of attention to detail and/or data entry.
• Ability or willingness to perform basic patient assistance with hearing devices (we will train you)
• Previous exposure to Medicare/Private Health claims is advantageous. If you don't have this experience, we will train you.
• The ability to form excellent working relationships and support our Audiologists.
