Job summary

Amplifon is seeking a Client Advisor for our local retail store in Australia. You will be the first point of contact, greet customers, handle inquiries, and support the sales team as part of delivering exceptional hearing care experiences.

You will collaborate with audiologists, participate in promotions, manage front-desk duties, and contribute to revenue generation while upholding Amplifon's values and standards.

• Handle customers at the front desk and assist with inquiries.

• Create customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships and quality service.
• Actively participate in revenue generation at the clinic.
• Canvass for new business opportunities.
• Participate in promotional activities like outreach programs.
• Coordinate seamlessly with sales team and audiologists.
