Job summary

Attune Hearing, Australia's leading provider of government-funded hearing services, is seeking a Client Advisor in Coolalinga. You will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to exit.

The role includes administrative support, appointment bookings, stock management, and data entry to maintain seamless clinic operations. The position is 21 hours per week, Monday to Thursday afternoons and Friday sessions, offering hands-on training to handle hearing

Qualifications

• Experience in allied health or high-volume customer service, sales experience also acceptable.
• Attention to detail for data entry and records.
• Willingness to assist patients with hearing devices after training.
• Exposure to Medicare/Private Health claims is beneficial, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to clinic Audiologists and handle administration.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and deliver customer service.
• Organise patient flow to optimize outcomes and clinic efficiency.
• Manage stock and liaise with internal and external stakeholders with empathy.
• Enter data accurately to ensure smooth clinic operations.

About the Role:

As a Client Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience at our clinic is exceptional from start to finish.

What you will do

• 21 hours per week: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–2:15 PM; Friday, 9:30 AM–2:00 PM.
• Operational Support to clinic Audiologists; including administration (answering phones, booking appointments, providing customer service)
• Who we see and when we see them is critical to drive the best outcomes. You are key in organizing this success.
• Stock Management
• Liaise with internal (Audiologists) and external (clients, medical professionals) stakeholders whilst providing empathy and high levels of customer service.
• Data Entry. Attention to detail is key to ensuring smooth outcomes.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in or exposure to allied health OR high volume customer service or sales. Our clinics are busy!
• Computer literacy with high levels of attention to detail and/or data entry.
• Ability or willingness to perform basic patient assistance with hearing devices (we will train you)
• Previous exposure to Medicare/Private Health claims is advantageous. If you don't have this experience, we will train you.
• The ability to form excellent working relationships and support our Audiologists.
