Focus Industrial Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager for compressed air in the Jamisontown / Western Sydney area. You will build and manage reseller and dealer relationships, sizing and pricing discussions, and drive orders across NSW.

The role requires strong technical sales skills, a proactive hunter mentality, and the ability to train partner teams while managing a diverse partner network in a hands-on environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building reseller or dealer channels.
• Technical sales background in compressed air or industrial equipment.
• Current driver’s licence required.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to quote and close.
• Hunt and sign new channel partners across NSW.
• Train partner sales teams on product range and price book.
• Provide sizing advice over the phone and on site.
• Quote larger or more complex jobs independently.
• Grow portfolio of existing partner relationships.
• Be the public face in the field to sustain orders.
