Job summary

Reece Group in Sydney is seeking a Business Development Manager (Commercial HVAC-R) to grow the HVAC-R customer base, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue across the territory. You will lead initiatives to supply mechanical services products to data centres and work with branches to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

The role requires strong sales focus, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Strong industry knowledge in HVAC-R Commercial and Air Diffusion.
• A strong sales focus with drive and determination to exceed budgets.
• Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel throughout the territory regularly.
• Ability to build relationships, establish key accounts and secure new and repeat business.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and drive revenue growth across the territory.
