Superior People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for a leading international compressor specialist in Melbourne. You will drive revenue across equipment, parts, wholesale, hire and service, and manage quotations while leveraging CRM to streamline customer interactions.

Minimum 3 years in industrial or technical sales is required, with a proven ability to exceed KPIs and deliver strong customer outcomes in a collaborative branch team.

• Minimum 3 years of industrial sales or technical sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with branch team to grow revenue across equipment, parts, wholesale, hire and service.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
• Respond to enquiries related to spare parts, tools, generators, and air and gas compressors via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Prepare and manage quotations and follow through to successful outcomes.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives for revenue, gross margins, or KPIs.
• Provide responsive support to internal customers across Sales, Parts and Service.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Use CRM systems to track leads, manage interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Take proactive steps to improve customer experience and ensure compliance with policies.
