Job summary

CAPS Australia is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales of air compressors, power generators and related products across NSW. You will identify opportunities, understand client needs, and recommend effective equipment solutions.

You’ll collaborate with technical and sales teams to deliver the right outcomes, build lasting relationships, and achieve sales targets in a dynamic industrial market.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in industrial equipment and/or engineering.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain equipment solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and grow existing accounts
• Generate and follow up sales opportunities
• Sell air compressors, power generators and related equipment
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Negotiate and close sales
• Work closely with our technical and sales teams to deliver the right solutions
