Job summary

CAPS Australia is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales of air compressors, power generators and related equipment across New South Wales. You will identify opportunities, qualify needs and present tailored solutions to customers.

Collaborate with our technical and sales teams to win orders, negotiate terms and close deals, while building long-term relationships and hitting sales targets in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery or engineering.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain equipment solutions.
• Self-motivated and proactive in customer interactions.
