Job summary

OPC is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, including not-for-profit organisations. You will partner with sales, technical and service delivery teams to coordinate requests, support accurate proposals and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of existing clients and serving as their primary commercial contact.
• Building strong relationships and understanding each client's operations, priorities and service needs.
• Scheduling and conducting regular account reviews, documenting actions and following through on commitments.
• Monitoring client satisfaction, service performance and upcoming requirements in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintaining timely and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining knowledge of OPC's services through collaboration with our teams and supporting renewals and onboarding.
