Hamilton Barnes is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our Canberra IT Services footprint. You will identify new opportunities across Government, Defence and enterprise accounts, and lead engagements from qualification through to closure.

The role combines selling Time & Materials, Professional Services and Managed Services, with collaboration across internal pre-sales, delivery teams and procurement.

Competenze

• Experience in B2B IT services sales in Canberra.
• Strong relationship building with government and enterprise clients.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder negotiations.

Mansioni

• Drive new business development across Government, Defence, and Enterprise accounts in Canberra.
• Identify, qualify and secure opportunities for T&M, Professional Services and Managed Services.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Program Managers and Procurement teams.
• Collaborate with internal pre-sales and delivery teams to develop tailored service proposals.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure and forecasting.
