This role is senior, relationship-led, with about 65 to 70% focus on expanding current accounts and 30 to 35% on new business, leveraging a strong services portfolio including managed services, cloud and cyber security.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior account management or business development selling IT services to Federal Government.
• Established relationships at senior levels within Federal agencies.
• Solid understanding of government panels, procurement frameworks and BuyICT.
• Experience with RFQs, tender responses and high-value negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Engage at CIO, CTO and program levels across Federal Government agencies.
• Grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts and uncovering new opportunities within them.
• Drive new agency acquisition through your own network and market knowledge.
• Lead RFQs, tenders, BuyICT and direct agency opportunities from qualification to close.
• Increasing services and IP attach across existing hardware opportunities.
• Working closely with internal services and solution teams to shape right-sized, outcome-focused proposals.
• Negotiating commercial outcomes that work for the client and the business.
• Keeping CRM and forecasting accurate and reporting progress against targets.
