Programmed Skilled Workforce in Canberra is seeking an Account Manager to develop business across the Canberra region, liaising with existing and new clients with a focus on new opportunities. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will promote Programmed services and help establish a foundation for growth as a proactive industry leader in managed labour hire.

• Experience delivering high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and retention.
• Experience identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Promote and develop a positive safety culture across the business.
• Proactively visit customer sites to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
• Promote Programmed services to existing and new clients.
• Deliver professional proposals/quotes to current and potential clients.
• Drive safety improvements through regular safety talks and site inspections.
• Maintain compliance and an accurate history for clients.
